They have no excuse for just sticking their thumbs up their butt and waiting.
They may have well just left Scott in charge if they were going to allow him to control the company anyway.
Dan could easily have done enough to raise the PPS and get something accomplished.
He isnt and IMO there is a reason other than a law suit.
I have said for years that there is something about the property that makes what appears to be a world class site and makes it unfeasible.
If that wasnt the case a real mining operation would have already been far ahead of Scott.
Could be a waste issue or something as simple as 1st nation protest.
But there is something that wont allow a mine here besides just the shady management.
Again that is just my opinion.
