I'm in enterprise IT industry so I was very excited about the CRM implementation. Systems that are expected to handle national and possibly world distribution are not cheap. I know they put a pretty penny for a CRM because CRMs are also integrated workflow systems. Everything from customer relationship tracking, to ordering, invoicing, all the way to fulfillment and shipping. Huge and very promising step in the right direction.

Curious if they went with Salesforce.
