Sitting pretty at $0.047. $TMPS
I believe TMPS will do at least one offering before the end of this year. Since TMPS is out of shares due Restricted shares bloat, an increase in A/S may happen first. Then, an R/S is in order to manipulate the pps. This means lots of churn for notes holders and redo of shares due to Full Ratchet. News soon? TMPS will release bad news only after good news. No good news means no releases anytime soon.
