Of course they have to sell shares and get loans. They are not a revenue company. It has to be paid for. They are very tight on issuing shares and doing it only as they really need too. Some of the financials did improve and it is all about trying to get approval and the money issues go away overnight. That is why people buy shares and other loan cash. There are no companies that are in development only making money. They are all funded some how. Also everyone of them could stop business overnight. OBMP has been around years and they will continue to do what they are doing.
