Blom is responsible for any actions by GNCP under his tenure as CEO

Lowenthal refuses to confirm Blom status with GNCP

No reconduction of contract, nor no announcement of interim replacement either

With the CEO not reconducted, this is the first step in company shutdown, IMO

Company shutdown ? Sure looks like it !
