A company's market cap can be valued in multiples of revenue (or earnings depending of the method used), for example 5X or 10X or 100X depending on the industry and the company.

Dear Owner, Arrayit can achieve a 4b valuation in two ways: (1) Old Fashioned Way - 80m revs with 40m earnings trading at 100x earnings is 4b and (2) Wall Street Valuation - the market valued Theranos at 9b based on being able to “run hundreds of tests from a few drops of blood", which Arrayit does in its normal course of business. 9b x 55% discount for Theranos being private is 4b.
