With these fundamentals, wouldn’t be hard for management to create hype for the stock. It’s called Twitter, using low-cost PR publishing services, regular communication. Welcome to the 21st century.

You have shell stocks with valuations several times higher than CAPC because there are the right bs reverse merger ‘rumors’ floating around. That’s the reality. This company has one problem, it’s a PR problem.
