Buying over a shell company means immediately the person own a public listed company, all his business will be benefited. It does not matter if the previous company image is not good what is important is, it does not owe any debt.

Another point is, the Mr BMM must quickly buy as much shares at the lowest price to control the company and bring the company to life.
