lol, I love the internet, stop the trading!

As part of its investment, Constellation is receiving 139.7 million new warrants which are exercisable over the next 3 years. Of those, 88.5 million are exercisable at a price per share of C$50.40, a 43.0 percent premium to Canopy's VWAP, and 51.3 million are exercisable at the VWAP at the time of exercise. If Constellation were to exercise all existing and new warrants, its ownership would exceed 50 percent.

what is up with the 51.3 million warrants exercisable at the VWAP at the time of exercise?

I mean I guess that gives the holder of those securities an advantage over the market, I guess I would want to know the length of time they use for an average price, the longer being more advantageous to the holder. Let's say they were 20 day average price, then you would want to exercise them right after a day like today for example....because the average price of the last 20 days is certainly less than the price today. The advantage exists during periods of time that the price of WEED increases, and they have no intrinsic value when the price has decreased

Buying low, selling high is a tough way to make free money, this is easier.
