NO FATTIES!!! Outstanding Shares Under a Billion

DD on Convertible Notes, especially known toxic lenders

For the most part these stocks under a billion shares outstanding have some notes, some larger than the others, some in default and some paid on time. If there are very large notes about to convert please consider that in the DD for your pick or at least mention there are some notes so at least prospective buyers can look closer at the notes sections of the filings.
