Palatin Technologies Inc. (PTN)

I have watched PTN for over a decade. I have watch Spana, Wills and board pay themselves handsomely over those years well in excess of any progress they made, which by the way was ZERO. They have no approved drugs, no royalties, nothing after more than a decade of R&D. Now they finally have one drug that is receiving recognition and instead of rewarding long term, diluted to hell shareholders, he and crew pay themselves outlandish rewards for achieving some milestones. IN SHORT, THE JUICE IN NOT WORTH THE SQUEEZE. Just look at other CEO salaries with such an abysmal record of performance in a public company, they are either much lower or have been REPLACED by now. Since he founded, he has majority of shares and pays himself outlandish amounts and buys off the board with free shares. I know exactly what I see in PTN. Hopefully the SEC will eventually see it too and take action....
