IMO they will start diluting once the D drops off. Also if all this good news is expected from their quarterly why delay it? None of the theories here of an outstanding company have any facts to back them. If you guys with all the great outstanding news of how this is a great company please share. GLTA but eventually the fact that this is a SCAM has to be evident by the companies actions.
