According to the defense it has a lot to do with the lawsuit. Because according to them Glenn knew where all monies were going and everyone working at the company at the time used the same means of moving money around. But right after Hudson and friends left the Laken family dropped the lawsuit to pump shares that he still owned in the company. The were not booking the big shows and not making money which in turn left them all working out of their homes/apartments. According to defense their is no case and the lawsuit is just an ongoing ruse to sell shares. Especially if they can not or will not produce the financial statements that support their claim. The claim they do not have access to their own financial documents and that the copies are held with the auditors who for some reason don't want to supply to documentation even after being asked by the attorney.
Not taking sides just reading the documents. Honestly, if the Laken family does not step up and show and prove they might waste 4 years of their life on a lawsuit that gets dismissed.
