imho im thinking .Lets say they raise 20mil and current liabil are 17 mil.They may pay some part or almost all of 5mil accts pay and 5mil accrued x.thr other 7in warrants/notes are seperate.I think notes dont get paid till dec if not converted.BUT I DONT KNOW LIABILITY STRUCTURE OF 1.8MIL CASH gotten in july.GOOD LUCK SAMMY
