I agree with your thoughts twaflyer.

- A Royalty to GERS from third party producers who use the GERS Technology to produce Ethanol is a nice revenue stream. Maybe KK can use this cash to yield a dividend

- Having Attis use GERS Patents in an Attis built facility is a good way for Attis to grow business by using revenue to fund additional plants and pay GERS a royalty for the Patents

I would like see GERS & Attis use revenue constructively; rather than spending time in the courts fighting the SEC (;-}
