ArmoredDragon, PCAOB audited financials are still not SEC filings which would be required for uplisting so they are no closer to NASDAQ than before.

Only 1 company in the history of the stock market out of thousands has begun SEC filing again after filing a 15-12G. RXMD has made people believe for over 2 years that they will be the 2nd.
