Of course i will pay. I'm not Siaf, I'm honest person. I expect you to pay too if you lose.

I pay you 1000 euros if you get 10 cents dividend this year as they promised.
You pay me 1000 euros if you don't.

In case of less dividend all risk is mine. 1 cent dividend i pay you 100 euros, 5 cents i pay you 500 euros. Got the idea?
