This will be interesting. I wonder how much time there will be between the distributions (well, the ex dates), i.e whether the market will have time to respond to the first distribution before the second distribution.
The rocket is being assembled; TRW-dividend, cash dividend and a second TRw-dividend. The only question remaining is the quality of the rocket, i.e financing. One big financial trigger now (CA-partnership, TRW-loan or similar) and we should have take-off.
Without any major financial triggers I'm not sure that we'll have a take-off (well, we should be trading well above the current levels as soon as the details about the TRW-dividends is known).
Is this how it has to be, or do they have to do it this way because SIAF doesn't know how many shares there will be (in SIAF) at the time of distribution? I.e they want to say that 18.3MM shares in TRW will be distributed with xMM on date A and yMM on date B - without saying how much that will be pr SIAF-share?
Before, in connection to, or after the CC? Anyone want to take a guess?
