Yes, obviously.

But, in terms of my question re: ATVI, the more I think about it, the more it seems that the number of their products we can generate revenue on may well depend on the outcome of the appeal of the patent date. If we get the years back and they are tacked on to the front end (ie. going forward), assuming that they are all using the same patented tech for their platforms, we could be sitting VERY pretty for years to come - especially as the sector continues growing.

The other question that comes to mind on that tho, is if we want to do a settlement for past damages with a licensing fee going forward, how would that fit into the contingency arrangement with Suskind Godfrey?
