Got an email back responding to my questions, from Matt, that may clear up a few questions people have:

"Dear Phil,

Q2 will be unaudited results. The financials are basically immaterial, because they don’t reflect the ARALOC acquisition that’s expected to close by the end of Q3. The Q2 results will be out very soon.

There are no plans to restate Q1 results.

Any changes to the shares outstanding reflect changes within the regular course of business for a company at the current stage of Data443. Growth companies tend to use equity and preserve cash to grow their businesses. When the terms of acquisitions are made public, they will be disclosed in subsequent filings.

The message boards are a great resource for rumors and innuendos, but they usually lack any facts. I’m always happy to help answer any questions I can when I can.
