I am not asking this for myself. Imagine 1000's of newbies and others who would have invested 5000 or 10000 and got screwed by Victor Lee.

Mr. Rinell Randolph, an OIEA staff attorney, at (202) 551-6321 - has the official complaint. If you can call or contact him, it would be better. We do not want anyone to fall in this hole.

Please do it for the welfare of others. Victor Lee needs to be stopped.
