Got this from Shidan just now. He doesnt like the news also:

I don't either but I believe this has zero merit. We, obviously, can't discuss it further at this time. We should have good news to share soon and we maintain that most our ventures will be out for the public to evaluate in Q3.

Also, feel free to stress to others in conversations, for our first incubated project, FORK, its worthwhile to share with others that it is cashflow positive at this time and trading for less than book value and less than 2x its revenue based on the current network hash rate and bitcoin price levels.
