Stock price is speculation... educated speculation of course, but ultimately a stock is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. In this case, my best guess is this stock has flown under the radar. Because of the recent and dramatic increase in vanadium prices, revenues have exploded prior to gaining much attention.

With that said, its hard for me personally to put any substantial money into an OTC company. I would love to throw 10x my current investment at this because I do believe the upside potential is enormous. However, until financials are audited, and the company uplists to a major exchange, I will not risk more money as I have been burned in these "too good to be true" companies before. I think for this reason, the stock is trading at it's current level.

With that said, I do think the price will continually rise as this stock continues to generate more attention.
