You know this isn’t the same company right? Custodianship was given to Barbara Bauman by a judge on 5/29/18 in order to clean this company up and make it more valuable to shareholders. Since then, this has been reinstated with NVSOS and Bauman has also appointed Joseph Arcaro as president to help with filings in order to bring this current with OTCM. The old officers are non existent. Any news prior to that date really isn’t important. Not trying to be mean but I think you may be confused as to what’s going on here. I believe this is being groomed as a public vehicle for a much better company to come, in order to bring much better shareholder value than prior management has been able to accomplish. jmo
