The going concern warnings better start matching action by the execs to control spending and salaries to at least a net zero break even point with expenses and revenues so we can survive after the miners start full force. Just because you put going concern notices in every filing does not all of a sudden magically make this fiduciary responsibility disappear? You have to actually do something about the problem! Matter of fact the worse it is the more drastic action it would imply you would take to control expenses and debt load to stabilize the company. That is not happening here.

So ultimately, if you actually spend more or expand more with debt and no revenues and a dire on going going concern warning looming what does this imply as far as who the decisions are benefiting? Actions are the most important aspect of this issue rather then just the words in a filing. The execs might want to think carefully about this because it is a fact. This is no longer the regulatory environment we had in 2016. Think Elon Musk being looked at over a tweet? How are those shareholders responding at this point towards the company? Overall, have we had any sharing of plans or projections here to base our investment decisions on other then talking about reverse splits and buying some mining equipment? Would it not make sense to cut expenses, staff, salaries first before EVER considering a RS because it is not in the best interest of the shareholders over all on OTC because it is usually abused by execs and companies? Seems pretty blatant to me. Sure hope it all works out for all of us longs in the end here soon. It better considering the history we have had on this one with going concerns and the decisions made to hyper speed this towards the cliff after stating the going concern over and over. There better eventually be an exit strategy here for stockholders with a profit. To date, it has not seemed to be a priority at all even though it should be the top priority with every decision that is made.
