The problem is with CEGX. They aren't reliable. How many deadlines have they set and missed? Pretty sure we have all lost count. As I have said, the only reason they still haven't filed is because its a complete disaster. Tim and his cronies didnt spend the raised capital properly. Paid for a lot of other thins. Thats the problem when the money faucet is shutoff. How will they explain this? They cant. Thats why they are delaying everything.
