If you look at these items in other expenses

Interest expense (506)

is lower significantly

(Loss) gain on extinguishment of debt (1,433)

Which is a big part of the overall loss(1.4 mil.) will probably not be charged again.

Overall the company is showing great improvement in it's ability to eventually operate at a profit. JMO
