Nice DD update.

Amazing that there is only 75m AS and 7m OS.
My concern is if this shell was acquired for the purpose of financing the development, this may very well end up with A/S increase and dilutive financing to fund the project.

If this shell is being held only for resale to a company wanting to be listed could have a nice spike based on share structure.
