if they have 25 million in cash and 25 million with payment processors they did not need to dilute this much. They would be fine with 5-10 million for a few months and 300M-400M less shares ($15M-$20M) of stock diluted.

This stock would have skyrocketed if they came out with only 260M-360M shares outstanding vs 660M and the naked shorts would have had to cover.

Whoever is in charge of dilution are idiots and not optimizing their cash raises, unless the MM makes them dilute to cover the naked shorts.
