The available shares were reduced from 2 billion shares to 100 million. Shares in issue remain at 15 million and the float at 75,000. the change in available shares is a good thing... it limits the amount they can dilute the market... if they change shares in issue that have to notify the market and they can not exceed 100 million without board approval.
