Ok fine. But that is most assuredly "Not" in this post stating a full pacer doc. #msg-142883674

It's in another file right?

So this is totally separate?

226

(24 pgs) Chapter 7 Trustee's Final Account, Certification that the Estate has been Fully Administered and Application of Trustee to be Discharged filed on behalf of the Chapter 7 Trustee. The United States Trustee has reviewed the Final Account, Certification that the Estate has been Fully Administered and Application of Trustee to be Discharged. The United States Trustee does not object to the relief requested. Filed by U.S. Trustee Office of the US Trustee. Objection Deadline: 09/10/2018. (^UST17, SE) (Entered: 08/09/2018)

So basically the Judge is giving a thirty day notice to all that the case file is ready to be closed, and the court will do so if there are no objections?

What's on the first page is this: #msg-142883674
1) All funds on hand have been distributed in accordance with the Trustee’s Final Report and, if applicable, any order of the Court modifying the Final Report. The case is fully administered and all assets and funds which have come under the trustee’s control in this case have been properly accounted for as provided by law. The trustee hereby requests to be discharged from further duties as a trustee.

It doesn't give any dates or anything and the wording is all totally different from the 226 file link.
You see why I was thrown for a loop here?

Thank you Streett for clearing that up.
The clock has been reset.
Just watch another cockadoodle show up and claim something else to throw a wrench in the works.
I wouldn't be surprised if this case doesn't close until Q1 of 2019.
