Well let me give you some numbers for context...with the 0.0008 prints today, the CURRENT face value of the convertible debt and the Bolton prefs have a conversion potential of close to 7 BILLION shares.

And that number will only climb as the pps drops.

There might be some swing trade potential on a couple of bounces, but if this hits 0.0005, that dilution potential will be closer to 11 BILLION shares, over double the current bloated OS.

There is no way the pps can do very much at all with that kind of boat anchor around it.
