Why tomorrow is the last day to get the cheapies and may be low as 0.0014

1) Noteholders are greedy and if they know that they are in a hot stock with a huge volume and they can get it then they want minimum 3X-10X money.

2) The note here has "63% of the average for the lowest three trading prices for the Company’s common stock during the 10-day period ending on the latest complete trading day "

3) That is the key. Avg of the lowest 3 days in the last 10 trading days

4) Look at the chart - including today are 10 trading days since it started to move. The lowest 3 trading day price were 8, 7, and 7. So the avg was 7+. The discounted price was close to 4.5.

5) The noteholders took advantage of the price rise and made a boatload of money selling all the way to 15 still 3X.

6) By tomorrow the last 3 lowest trading price would be 7, 7, 10 with avg of 5. So they can still sell around 14-15 and make 3X.

7) But that changes the day after and the day after that...etc as the pps had gone up a lot.

8) Day after tomorrow the last 3 trading lows of the last 10 would be 7, 10, 11. The avg is 9.5. The noteholders are not going to convert and sell at 15 or 20. They will wait till able to sell at 30+.

9) After Thursday the lowest 3 trading day price of the last 10 goes up significantly. For the note holders to make more money. They would wait out as they know there is interest in the stock. Volume would tell.

10) IMHO this stock will move up big after Thursday at least for 8-10 days.

11) Even with the entire 1.2B OS maxed out at $0.005 the market cap would be around $6 million.

12) If this company is doing what it says it is doing and the revnue numbers are good this would eventually get huge valuation.

Not these days but in the past I have owned few notes of penny stocks. I stopped it as I found it very unethical.

P.S: I have used 5,10, 30 ets to represent 0.005, 0.001, 0.003...

Fools argue to win, so stay away from them and still say Thank you.
Smart people argue to seek the truth and say "Thank You" when they find that they are wrong.
