Why did Mexus file a late notice, and then issue the report the same day?

Haven't looked through the 10Q in much detail, but it looks like they are about out of cash. And no revenue......zero, zilch. What happened to the 5% of MarMar's massive gold production? Doesn't that count for revenue?
