Yea that's the main reason I'm so confident a run is imminent.

The Level 2 changed after we had those big volume days back in 2014, since then the bid/ask thinned out like crazy.

A/S reduction and O/S share retirement news here would be huge. The new owners have 3.3 billion common shares that they don't need since they have the preferreds shares for control.
