There's a strategy to address shareholder value-Bannon Should Announce Share"Repurchase Plans"(Keyword"plans"), then this vastly undervalued price will very well be lifted by share buybacks announcement. This is the only way to stop all manipulations and ongoing downtrends. Also Mgt pay cut could help too.
