The reason I was thinking that he would merge with ETER is because he may not get approved for a reverse split with VCPS since they have 0 revenue. I thought you needed to have some revenue to get approved for a reverse split.

Regardless, I wish he would do something soon. I am tired of looking at this POS in my account.
