"Created an opportunity"?

I am a CEO. Your company ARYC has a CEO who evidently is NOT efficient or timely or knowledgeable how to run a company, as he has failed to oversee proper paperwork, filings, data, etc on time and that is how you got this CE from OTC.

This stock never got above 11 cents in its entire life. If it was all the PR's suggested it should have been able to at least stay above 10 cents for crying out loud !!

And seeing this performance from a "CEO", does not bode well from outside watchers looking in for this company and questions if it is even being properly ran at all..
