When they issue restricted shares, its already factored into the PPS (Is the way I understand it anyways). Regardless, It is MUCH better than the alternative.. Here we see where they are spending the money.. it also helps ensure the entity helps to make the company work, succeed and grow.. 1 or 2 years to go? Yeah, im sure you will do whatever you can to help make the company succeed in the meantime.. Its all being applied to growth opportunities as stated in all the PRs provided..
