Correct, Tusa has been the lone voice of reason in the analyst community regarding GE.

Yet as the new CEO strips off pieces for sale, who knows what other hidden minefields will be exposed in the process? Tusa's $95B valuation might be too high.

Most of these asset sales make no mention of the assumption of any GE debt.
