EVGI: Down 54% today, absolutely no clue why, other than it's a micro-float and those move fast both North....AND....South. :shrugs:

I think I've exhausted my research on it, looked at everything that was available, which was mostly in Chinese, and see nothing that leads me to believe that the merger would not happen...or that Evergreen International is anything other than a massive conglomerate.

It's a very old shell, probably been a shell since 2002 or 2003 at least, most of the time those have old holders that have no clue whats going on, and just see the volume for the first time in ages and want to get out.
