I just spoke with IR and she said ER in a couple of days, So accordlingly
I think they have 1 day past the due date to file.

I found this on the net,

When is the Form 12b-25 due? (The extension)
The Form 12b-25 must be filed with the SEC no later than one business day after the due date for the late report.

Therefore I think they have that 1 day lee way, JMO any thoughts?
