If ERHC got a new partner today it would likely be at least 3 years until they drilled anywhere. After the JDZ drilling I said it would probably be at least 3 years to drill anywhere. Unfortunately it was more like 6 years. And that was only one well and it was yet another dry hole. That was 2 years ago.

I have seen no indication ERHC is making any progress anywhere. Actually it is very possible that an adverse ruling in the Kosmos vs ERHC lawsuit could mean the party is over for current ERHC shareholders.
