No one up top obviously does their homework because the legal states in USA saw a DECLINE of teen/underage MJ use, and INCREASED adult use. They have no proof or no knowledge of anything, whatever they are being paid to say.. they say it. Whether it makes sense or not. Yea im sure a couple months delay is going to resolve all the "kids" issues haha.. so stupid.


So "Kids" don't have any access to alcohol nowadays right? Then why wouldn't you allow retail sales SOONER so that ONLY 21+ can buy.. and if you're caught distributing to kids.. then.. well.. same as alcohol?? Distributing to minors?

Its not rocket science. Its just Big Pharma MONEY in the way blocking everything, IMO
