Omg... Its over for anyone long at .0001 and higher.

Not only are they reverse splitting the stock but they are increasing the authorized share count. A true double whammy to screw over all existing shareholders.

"approval of a reverse stock split in the ratio of 1,000 for 1 and an amendment to the Company’s Articles to increase the authorized shares of Common Stock of the Company to 5,000,000,000 (Five Billion), $0.0001 par value, on post-split basis."
