We are all in the same boat. Many of us plan on adding more when we get new information and the stop sign is lifted. I think what they are waiting for is to complete all the necessary paperwork to get the stop sign down and then release PR's. This company is still in the very early stages, and Hugo wants to get it right. It would be stupid of them and unfair to some investors to release PR's when the stop sign is up because many people aren't able to buy with a stop sign up (depending on their broker).
