.......RE-CURRING rumor which I believe one day and DIS-BELIEVE the next.......................$178.83mm.............FC paid this for HOLDCO.........less $53mm in BK claimants..........= $125mm for the cusip rats................................

............FC has the option to use cash or FCNCA stock for the uwbi common stockholders, imo (cash was deposited but SEC approved the stock conversion)..............

......so divide $125mm by the avg. share price of FCNCA......use, like $430 per share for FC......then divide that number by 29.6mm shares of uwbi outstanding.............and we git like, 1 FC share for each 102 shares of the rat poison, uwbi...........

.............................a stiff Nolet with blueberry crush mixer and a FATTY doesn't ease the pain of this uwbi mess........helps a little.........(ok, and a nibble of magic brownie brittle - - another nibble)...........
