Dilution will pull it under $0,20 before year's end easily. It would be there already without the fake dividend announcement. When the dividend doesn't come and dilution gets worse and worse the inevitable will happen. The share is worthless from business point of view, it's only about trading and scamming with a worthless stock. But everybody doesn't know and some are dishonest.
