there is no conflict of interest but it is another title like the Chairman of the FCHEA that will be taking his time - not just 2 meetings I am sure.

From what I can tell he is effectively taking a semi sabbatical from Plug so we can see how they run. It is why their Facebook/twitter is full o genera hydrogen news.

Hopefully the board recognize this value to them and make him the chairman Emeritus or Chief Hydrogen Strategy Officer so he can do this full time and hire a business man to be CEO.

We never hear form their COO either which is where the meat of the business is managed. The Chief Marketing officer is of course just in our imagination.
