My take is there is a new company. all of the other non profitable businesses and their debt is being transferred to the new company. Rbiz is the profitable food business with no debt. lots of paper work to finalize. this stuff takes time.

Rbiz is trading at an all time low. when everything is finished this will go up. How long? not sure. is this the bottom. not sure but when it pops it going above here. Will i sell at this level. no. will i average down if it goes lower. yes.
